Audition

We encourage interested singers to contact ChoralArt at any time! We will record your interest and notify you about the next upcoming audition. The next round of auditions for ChoralArt singing membership will be in 2026. Please contact manager@choralart.org for further information.

ChoralArt Scholar Program

The ChoralArt Scholar Program encourages strong young singers (ages 18-25) to join ChoralArt for one or more concerts. The program is designed to give young singers the opportunity to sing in concert with a skilled volunteer chorus, and to enhance the section that they join. A small stipend is offered to the singers who participate in this program. Please contact manager@choralart.org for further information.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals for the Masterworks and Singers ensembles are held at Woodfords Church, 202 Woodford Street, Portland, ME 04103 on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30. A typical season begins after Labor Day and runs through Memorial Day.

Volunteering

ChoralArt relies on member volunteers to accomplish a wide variety of tasks, all of which contribute to our success as a non-profit arts organization. Many volunteer opportunities are available to match members’ interests, skill sets, and availability. Please speak to the ChoralArt President for more information.
